Double Plated Custom Made Staircase - Custom Made Bespoke Stairs / Staircases (Mono/single Stringer Staircase, Double Plate Stairs, Zigzag Stairs. Floating Staircase)

NOTE - this item is bespoke / made to order with a lead time of 14-16 weeks from date of sign off. Upon placing an order and submitting your dimensions, full technical drawings will be produced for sign off. Should changes / revisions need to be made, the price may need to be adjusted accordingly. Lead time starts from date of sign off of final drawings. Once signed off - materials will be ordered and production will begin and as such from the point of sign off the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Step 1. Choose the type of custom bespoke staircase required:

• Mono/Single Stringer Staircase (Central Spine Steel Box Section with flange bolt plates top and bottom)
• Double Plate Stairs - 10mm Steel (powder coated finish any RAL colour or 304 Stainless steel)
• ZigZag Plate Staircase - 10mm Steel (powder coated finish any RAL colour or 304 Stainless steel)
• Floating Staircase with open risers (12mm single side steel plate stringer)

Step 2. Choose the Stair Tread Type & Finish

• A- 40mm Thick Solid Piece 
• B - 40mm Thick Solid Piece c/w 80-110mm Front return/lip
• C - Box Shape with Internal steel reinforcement (90-110mm Total Thickness) - Only type suitable for floating stairs

• Wooden Finish  (A. B or C)  over 10 different finishes & Varnished
• Ceramic A, B or C (with internal steel reinforcement) - over 5 different finishes
• Glass  - A only

Step 3. Choose the Tread Size

• Width 700mm - 1200mm Max 
• Going / Run - 240mm - 280mm
• Riser  150mm - 190mm
• Total Rise - 2100mm - 2600mm*

Step 4. Choose a Landing Type if required (as standard landing will be same width as stair ie. 900mm stair tread = 900mm x 900mm landing) - contact us if different. note - where straight stairs are generally supplied in 1 full pc, when a landing is specified it will be bolted on the underside to allow for logistics / ease of install. We do our best to disguise & hide nuts and bolt fixing where possible but due to he nature of the stairs and open treads, they still may be visible from the underside.

• U shaped return
• Double landing Straight Run
• Double Landing 90˚ Bend

Step 5. Choose Balustrade (1100mm h) if required - 10mm toughened (Left side only / right side only / both sides)

•  Frameless Glass Spigot Mounted (10mm Toughened/Laminated)  - Stainless Steel Base Plates fix to top of Stair Tread
•  Frameless Glass Side fixed with S/S Standoffs( 10mm Toughened/Laminated)  (requires Box Type C Stair Treads
•  Glass (10mm Toughened/Laminated) ) U Channel Mounted (Double Plate Stairs Only) 
• Multiline Railing (Black Powder Coated) c/w Top Handrail
• Multiline Railing (Stainless Steel 304 Grade ) c/w Top  Handrail
• Hand Rail Only (Wall Mount) Black Powder Coated or 304 Grade Stainless
