[INSULATED XPS FOAM CORE & 100% WATERPROOF] A closed-cell structure insulated cement board has great insulation properties to retain heat in a building with a thermal conductivity (thickness of insulation): 0.033W/mK (Thermal Resistance: R-Value: 1.94m2K/W), as well as being 100% waterproof/hydrophobic - meaning no water is absorbed keeping your render & building dry and protected from freeze

[EASY TO INSTALL SIZE ESPECIALLY IN TIGHT SPACES SUCH AS SCAFFOLDING OR WORKING AT HEIGHT - 600MM X 1200MM] 70mm Render board comes in a convenient size for transporting up scaffold & ladders,  into narrow spaces such as roof tops and is sized for ease of install direct to timber studs such as 300mm, 400mm and 600mm without cuts

[CUTS WITH A STANLEY KNIFE] Tile backer boards cut with a sharp stanley knife & straight edge, saving time and money on expensive power tools as well as capable of cutting various shapes and sizes by hand such as cutting around pipes, furniture and appliances etc. & no pre-drilling required simply drill through with wood screws using 36mm steel washers (sold separately- recommended 15 washers per board sold separately as optional extra- screws not included, washer hole size is 5mm - recommend 3.5mm-4.5mm screws)

[FIBRE CEMENT BOARD FACE GIVING TILES BETTER ADHESIVE] Rigid cement board face over a fibre membrane gives a rough keyed texture thus gives great adhesive properties for rendering. Fix in an overlapped brick layout and tape over joints before rendering.
